(Δάφνη Κλάγκου) is a Greek visual artist based in Lisbon and Athens. Her mutlidisciplinary art practice is primarily centered on the materials of glass and ceramics.

"The artistic creation by Daphne Klagkou falls under contemporary sculpture, focusing on materiality as a carrier of conceptual and semiotic loads. Specializing in material technology following a related postgraduate degree in Portugal, she is combining traditional and contemporary techniques, transmuting first of all the notion of “fragility” of glass. Through an aesthetics of violence and a language of injury of form – cuts, metallic rods, screws – her work is functioning as a catalyst that moves spectators towards an active ethical and political consciousness, while the transfiguration of the symbolisms illuminates their shifting meaning."
